Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping: Products are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Book Returns: To be eligible for a return, books must be in re-salable condition (i.e., like-new, unused, free from any damage, disfigurement, markings, folded covers, or other physical modifications), and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Bookstore retailers have a 90 day window for the return of full or partial purchase orders. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the shipment of returns. Behavior Development Solutions is not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged; therefore, it is advised that package tracking and insurance be used for returns. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the item(s) being returned. Futhermore, not all books are eligible for a return, e.g., books that are being discontinued, or are on clearance, or are being replaced by a new version. Contact us to confirm return/refund eligibility. Webinar Refunds: Any request for a refund is forfeited within 30 days of the date of the webinar. Requests for refunds will be individually reviewed by BDS staff. If granted, refunds will be adjusted in accordance with the level of access and instructional content (including handouts and webinar duration) enjoyed by the attendee, as calculated by the GoToWebinar software and Attendee Report. Individuals who purchased access but did not attend may qualify for a full refund. Individuals who purchased CEs, and attended, but did not qualify for CEs may be eligible to receive the difference between the "seat only" price and the CE upgrade that was purchased. |
